About
The four sessions aim to increase parents’ understanding of teenagers’ feelings and behaviour, and deliver key strategies for improving relationships.
The sessions will cover:
- Being a parent of a teenager
- Understanding teenagers
- Communicating with your teenager
- Managing conflict
The course will be run by two experienced Family Links-trained practitioners on behalf of the Matrix Training Hub.
All resources will be provided, along with light refreshments. We suggest a donation of £20 to cover expenses for two attendees to all four sessions, however if cost is an issue just let us know.
Attendees must be over 18 but can be friends or family members, and do not need to be parents of teenagers.
